Dryden GM Ice Dogs stay 9th in CJHL rankings

THUNDER BAY, Ont. – The Canadian Junior Hockey League released their latest edition of their Top 20 rankings Monday and the top club in the Superior International Junior Hockey League once again secured their place in the national listings.

The Dryden GM Ice Dogs held on to their ninth overall ranking in the 132-team CJHL for another week.

Dryden continues to pace the SIJHL’s overall standings as they close in on their first regular season crown in nine years as they boast a league-best 74 points and a 35-7-4 overall record.

Their .804 winning percentage is also among the highest in the CJHL.

There was no change among the top three in the CJHL this week with the Brooks Bandits (AJHL), Georgetown Raiders (OJHL) and Les Cobras de Terrebonne (LHJQ) remaining one-two-three respectively.

The Steinbach Pistons (MJHL) moved up to fourth nationally while Collège Français de Longueuil (LHJQ) rounds out the top five.
