This prestigious awards recognizes individuals for their tremendous dedication and commitment in the areas of safety and risk management in the Province of Ontario. In addition, it is an acknowledgment of the award recipients’ continuing efforts to promote the values of safety and fair play through their involvement in the Hockey Trainers Certificate Program (HTCP) within their respective region.
